Jasper Kong
In 2018, Jasper established Lead Financial Solutions. With over 20 years experience in public practice, he specialises in providing accounting, tax and financial management advice to the medical and dental profession since 2005.
Prior to Lead Financial Solutions, Jasper worked as a manager for a major accounting firm specialising in the medical and dental industry.
He is passionate in helping and empowering people to succeed.
Jasper holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). He is a member of the Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA), Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and The Tax Institute.
Florence Tee
Florence is a licensed financial planner and mortgage broker. Coming from an accounting background, she understands the need to provide advice that complements a client’s tax profile. She works with clients on understanding their financial needs and objectives. Any plan or advice is provided to give the client comfort and direction in managing their finances. She can advise you on super, investments, insurance, debt management including advising you on your loans.
Any meeting or consult is done over the phone or face-to-face whichever works for the client, and there is no fee for the meeting. She charges an hourly fee and will always quote you before doing anything. This approach means clients are always clear on any fees or payments.
Florence has a Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma of Financial Services, Diploma of Mortgage Broking & Finance, and is a member of the CPA. She is an authorised representative (AR number 340274) of Profinancial Pty Ltd (AFSL 522416) and a credit representative (470250) of Beagle Finance Pty Ltd.
Sue Torwick
Sue draws on over 25 years of experience and academic knowledge, and is our expert in helping clients to set up a practice; from the basic layout and fitout of the consulting rooms to the complicated policies and procedures required for accreditation.
Sue also provides a consulting service for your existing practice. She will examine your systems and processes providing an analysis report to untap the full potential of your practice. Her approach is flexible, working alongside your existing team to personally develop opportunities and create individually tailored programs to enhance the performance of your practice and its team.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Business (Management), Diploma of Practice Management, and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
Eileen Miles
Eileen is experience and knowledgable on advice the pathway, eligibility, difficult and time consuming application documents for overseas doctors transition to Australia and available position.
Eileen also provides advice on District of Workforce Shortage (DWS) and Area of Need (AON) issues. Her knowledge of Radiology Industry is second to none and has been involving in Healthcare Industry since 2005.
